About these terms

These terms apply when you use oceanaura.store or buy from Ocean Aura, an independently operated clothing store based in Saudi Arabia. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Ocean Aura. Questions can be sent to mail@oceanaura.store.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchase is from Ocean Aura; Shopify provides the platform that allows us to offer our products and services. Our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy provide further information about returns and personal data.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for the purchase. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with its operation, or unauthorized access to accounts or systems. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you believe someone has used it without permission.

Products and availability

Ocean Aura sells clothing made to order through a fulfillment provider. Check each product's description, measurements, color, and selected options before purchasing. Screens and product images can display colors differently, but this does not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Availability may change. If we cannot supply an item you ordered, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Prices and payment

The store's prices are in US dollars unless another currency is explicitly shown. Review the items, shipping charges, and any taxes displayed at checkout before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other fees.

Offers apply only under the conditions shown with the offer. If we discover a material pricing or product information error affecting an order, we will contact you with the correction and give you the option to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Orders, production, and delivery

Production takes place after an order is placed. Contact us promptly if any order details need correcting. Changes and cancellations are subject to the order's progress, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery involves both production time and carrier transit time. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay, cancellation, and refund options required by law. Nothing in these terms removes our responsibility for your order or limits your statutory rights.

Returns and order problems

For damaged or incorrect items, missing orders, cancellations, and refunds, please read our Return and Refund Policy. Email us with your order number if you need help.

Our designs and website content

The Ocean Aura name, logo, original designs, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may browse the site and share links for personal use. You may not copy our designs for commercial use or reproduce protected content without permission, except where the law allows it. Rights in third-party content remain with their owners.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used when you browse, order, or contact us. Services such as payments and order fulfillment are provided with the help of third parties. External websites have their own terms and privacy notices.

Consumer rights and questions

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
